Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation of your registration. On presentation of this letter to the MTTM Welcome Desk, you will receive your documents and badge. This Welcome Desk will be open from 08.00 – 18.00 hours.
Cancellation
The MTTM symposium organisation must be notified of any cancellation in writing, either by registered letter or by fax. A handling fee of Euro 35,- will be charged for all cancellations received before 15 August 2000. No reimbursement can be made after this date.
Exhibition
There will be an ongoing exhibition in and near the business lounge.
Travelling to Maastricht
By train - Endepolsdomein is situated close to the railway station Maastricht-Randwijck
By air - Amsterdam: there is a direct flight connection between Schiphol (Amsterdam) and Maastricht-Aachen Airport. Taxi and bus connections are available from the airport to Maastricht-town.
Brussels: from Zaventem Airport it takes approximately 1 hour by car (taxi or car rental) or 2½ hours by train to Maastricht.
